What happens next?

  • You will receive a virtual gift card for $50 via email within two weeks (hopefully sooner!) We’ll check in with you to make sure you’ve received it and that it hasn’t gotten stuck in your spam filter.

  • To be eligible to take the survey during the Priority Phase, remember that respondents need to be the employee with operational authority over the retirement plan (or the employees who would have operational authority if there was a retirement plan)

    and

    meet 2 out of the 3 criteria for the Priority Phase: (1) not be based in CA or NYC, (2) be led by a person of color (3) be aligned with social justice/social movements.

    They also need to complete the survey during the Priority Phase, so they should fill it out sooner rather than later. And in order for you to get paid, they need to list your name as the referral source.

    Refer 1-2 organizations - receive $50

    Refer 3-5 organizations - receive $75

    Refer 5-7 organizations - receive $100

    Refer >7 organizations - receive $150

  • We would love employees at your organization to take the employee survey. This gives us a chance to understand the same plan from different vantage points.

    Share this link with your colleagues. The first two to complete the survey during the Priority Phase will receive $50 (its a shorter survey!) and others will be entered into a gift card drawing.

    Wondering why you don’t get paid when your colleagues at your organization take the survey? Well, after talking to multiple employees with operational authority at nonprofit organizations, we are clear that a good portion of your time at work is already spent encouraging, reminding, and pleading with your colleagues to do things (submit receipts, sign a form, enroll in health care before the deadline etc…) We did not want this survey to be one more thing added to the list. We’d love you to encourage your colleagues to participate, but you’re off the hook for reminding them and following up.
